Users story:
I, as a user, want to create a template from Alpha Business Mobile.
As a user, I want to have the same templates on the web and application.

The goal is to increase the number of users using templates, thereby increasing the number of payments through Alfa Business Mobile and improving UX.

The task is to switch to the logic of working with templates as in the web version of the bank's website and add the ability to create a template for the mobile application

  • A template can be created from the history of operations with a swipe or long tap
  • You can also create from the payment details screen or the final payment screen
  • Saved templates are displayed on the Payment Hub
Metrics

Approximately 1,392 (13%) users out of 10,626 who successfully made payments (excluding recurring and photo payments) successfully sent at least one payment using a template on iOS in April (total 4,752 (20%) out of 24,136 - an average of 3.4 payments by template per active template user).

Due to the ability to save Templates in Alfa Business Mobile, we increased the percentage of users making payments using Templates up to 19% three months after the launch of the functionality, and also increased up to 5.4 payments using templates per active template users.
In addition, more than 10 valuable new features and 5 features updated were released together with the technical team for Alfa Business Mobile.
